Basil is priced as a service to reduce the initial capital costs of using an inventory and point-of-sale system. Our fee is a monthly fee based on the size (in square footage) of your store. The monthly fee includes:

  • Support (email and telephone)
  • All Upgrades
  • Training

We have an initial $250 setup fee that we charge the first month that is in addition to the monthly cost. This fee covers the setup and installation and also the ordering of all hardware required for your store. The contract is a month-to-month contract. If at any point you feel like you're not getting the value based on the cost, you can cancel the service.


Our pricing starts at $175 / month for a store under 1,500 square feet. We adjust the monthly fee based on the size of the store.
